Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) dry fruit ext. 50mg (equiv. to fresh fruit 5g (5000mg))

Lutein 2.5mg

Selenomethionine 31micrograms (equiv. to Selenium 12.5micrograms)

A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.          

No added yeast, salt, milk derivatives, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.           

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
