Dosages

For 7 months–3 years, take 1 capsule, twist off the tail end of the capsules, squeeze the oil onto food or into a drink, and feed the child directly.
3 -6 years take 1 capsule daily.
7-10 years take 2 capsules daily.
11-14 years take 3 capsules daily.
14+ take 4 capsules daily, or as directed by your health care professional.
