Dosages

• 7 months–3 years: Take 1 capsule. Twist off the tail end of the capsule and squeeze the oil onto food or into a drink, then feed the child directly.
• 3–6 years: Take 1 capsule daily.
• 7–10 years: Take 2 capsules daily.
• 11–14 years: Take 3 capsules daily.
• 14+ years: Take 4 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
