Blackmores Turmeric One-A-Day contains LongVida ® – an easily absorbed form of curcumin (the active component in turmeric). It supports digestive comfort and reduces free radicals forming in the body which promotes general health and wellbeing.

Ingredients

Curcuma longa (turmeric) extract dry concentrate (Longvida® 400 mg) equiv. to dry rhizome 5.4 g. Excipients: Croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silica colloidal anhydrous.  Capsule: gelatine (bovine), water purified, titanium dioxide Longvida. Incidental excipients: soy lecithin, stearic acid, maltodextrin, ascorbyl palmitate 16mg, silicon dioxide (no gluten) 

Suggested Use 

Adults - Take 1 capsule a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed

Children under 18 years - Only as professionally prescribed
