Each dose contains 1000mg of certified organic loose herbs of:
Solidago virgaurea (Golden Rod)
Equisetum arvense (Horsetail)
Betula pendula (Birch leaf)
Urtica dioica (Nettle)
Rubus idaeus (Raspberry leaf)

Direction
Use 1 level teaspoon (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

Intensive Detox
Recommended twice a year for a period of 3-4 weeks.
