B vitamins are recommended where a deficiency is suspected or to support nervous system function and health. B group vitamins help support the nervous system in times of stress, exhaustion, fatigue, tension or nervousness.

Tabletting aids: Povidone, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate, colloidal anhydrous silica, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, Macrogol 400 & 3350, Hypromellose, iron oxide yellow, calcium carbonate.

Suggested Use

Adult: 1 tablet daily with food or as directed.
